Myself Subramanya, second year engineering student in RNSIT.my main interests are video editing , photoshop. I’d describe myself as being very resourceful and ambitious at the same time. I find solutions, get creative, and solve problems without needing the help of coworkers or managers. I know when to ask for help and I don’t stay quiet if I do need assistance. But when it is possible to handle something without occupying the time of others, I do it and I consider myself very good at it. I want to be judged by individual performance and I want to be rewa rded for my efforts based on my to execute.

Hello !! Myself Sudhanva, ambitious second year ISE student at RNSIT. I am very much interested in Cyber Security. I’m comfortable adjusting to any situation and don’t get flustered easily when faced with unexpected challenges. The word I’d use to describe myself is ‘ambitious’. One of the reasons I’m looking for tech jobs right now is that I want to work on large, important projects and challenge myself. I like to seek out learning opportunities and I’m not afraid to fail and struggle as a part of learning. I feel the tech industry is the best place to do this right now, and I did some reading on your founder and thought the work culture he re sounded like a great fit for my style. I am someone who is consistently growing themselves and who takes the time to continue learning even though it’s not a direct requirement of the job. I find that many times it’s a combination of what you study both directly and indirectly related to work.

Hey there, Sanchitha here...I am keenly interested in web developmemnt and competitive coding. I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive towards. I’m not comfortable with settling, and I’m always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. I am modest, but hard working and I consistently sets firm goals for myself. Then, once I’ve defined the benchmarks, I think positively and can execute on difficult tasks. I’m not an individual who needs to be micromanaged. Rather, when given a specific task, I can figure out the best ways to solve the problem in an autonomous manner. I take the necessary steps to achieve those milestones

Hello, Tushar here, I’m dependable and detail-oriented. I take my job seriously and once assigned a task, will see it through to completion. At my last job we lost a worker to injury and did not have the budget to hire a repl so I volunteered to pick up the slack, often working long hours into the night. We didn't miss a beat. I am results oriented, constantly checking in with the goal to determine how close or how far away we are and what it will take to make it happen. I find this pressure inspiring and a great motivator for the rest of the team.
